FITZROYS has further strengthened its valuations and asset management divisions with three appointments.
Director David Bourke said the promotions reflect the strong work of the valuations and asset management teams.
Fitzroys has appointed Mars Njoo as a senior associate in valuations. Njoo originally worked in the municipal area of valuations prior to joining Fitzroys in 2010 and subsequently achieved his CPV qualification with Fitzroys.
“Mars has been diligent in further developing relationships with new and existing Fitzroys clients and provides comprehensive valuation advice to major financial organisations and private clients,” Bourke said.
In the management divisions, Trevor McCoy and Paul Tucker have been promoted to associates.
McCoy works within the shopping centres team, which manages major retail assets as well as owners corporations for a range of clients, including private investors syndicates and institutions.
Bourke said that he has been active in the redevelopment and remix of retail assets. Over the last 20 years, he has worked as portfolio manager for JLL, QV Centre at Grocon and retail manager at Crown Entertainment.
Tucker works within the facilities management department, which oversees numerous high profile retail and commercial buildings and centres across the Melbourne CBD and suburban locations.
“Paul has bought his practical engineering, operational and technical skills to ensure the building services at each of Fitzroys’ properties run to the highest standards and are maintained to perform at the optimum levels to achieve successful outcomes for Fitzroys’ clients,” Bourke said.
