COLLIERS International has made three appointments in Melbourne, strengthening the office, industrial and investment sales teams.
Patricia Machar has been appointed as an executive within the office leasing team in the Melbourne East office. She has been with Colliers since 2006, working in a dual role as office manager of the Melbourne East office and personal assistant to national director Rob Joyes.
“Patricia’s new role will be a key position within our metropolitan team, focusing on delivering a service to our existing clients and building our business in the metropolitan office and retail leasing space.
“Earlier this year, Patricia completed her Agents Representative Certificate and sought a new challenge within our organisation. We have no doubt she will make a resounding success of this new opportunity,” Joyes said.
Daniel Doran has been appointed as an industrial executive.
National director of industrial Tony Iuliano said has a strong background having previously worked within the industrial and commercial sector at LJ Hooker in Queensland. More recently, he worked with Alexander Robertson & Co. in Melbourne.
“Daniel’s appointment will further bolster our Melbourne East industrial team, specialising in the core eastern markets of Rowville, Scoresby and Knoxfield, reporting to Justin Fried,” Iuliano said.
Finally, Tom Ryan has been appointed as an investment sales executive and will work in the metropolitan investment market alongside Peter Bremner, Jeremy Gruzewski, Hamish Burgess, Andrew Ryan, Ted Dwyer and Ben Baines.
Ryan joins Colliers after completing his Property Degree and Estate Agents License at Deakin University.
