KNIGHT Frank has appointed Paul Savitz as an associate director to its consulting and research team.
Savitz will be based in the Sydney office and has approximately eight years of research experience, covering all markets and asset classes with a large focus on residential and development/site advice.
He was most recently associate director with CBRE for two years in London and prior to that, Savitz was with Savills for five years.
He has a Geography Degree from the University of Leeds.
Knight Frank’s national director head of research and consulting Matt Whitby said the agency continues to expand and focus on its consulting offering as demand from local and offshore clients continues to build, particularly from government departments, local and offshore developers and institutional clients.
“Our consulting services cover the main commercial and residential sectors, however there is increasing demand for advice on “non-core” segments of the market, such as student accommodation, infrastructure and development feasibility and Paul brings with him the experience to help meet these specific research demands,” Whitby said.
