RAY White has appointed Brad Merkur and John Kyriazis to its projects team on the Gold Coast.
Ray White Projects Gold Coast managing director Julian Sutherland said last year the team was responsible for in excess of $100 million in international sales, the majority being throughout Asia.
“The market is in a period of immense growth and we’re anticipating sales to double over the coming months.
“John and Brad will be providing expertise on all types of development and re-development sites, from residential to commercial and mixed-use,” Sutherland said. “They have a combined wealth of experience spanning more than 25 years, which has seen them form professional relationships with many national and international investors and developers on the Gold Coast.”
