VISIONARY Investment Group has started construction on its $150 million serviced apartments and retail precinct, Civic Plaza 88 in Chatswood.
Icon Constructions has been appointed to build the development at 88 Archer St Chatswood, which is scheduled for completion in February 2016.
The 11-level tower is the group’s first project and will comprise 212 serviced apartments, which is currently 90%.
“This is an exciting milestone for us to see construction starting on our first development project,” Visionary Investment Group CEO Michael Guo said.
