SAVILLS has strengthened its Victorian research team with the appointment of Shammi Liang as an analyst.
Liang will work with Savills’ national head of research Tony Crabb and Victorian head of research Glenn Lampard as well as support other areas of the business.
Liang joins Savills after working with property investment company Ironfish and is currently completing a Master of Property degree at Melbourne University. Born in China, Liang is also a fluent Mandarin and Cantonese speaker.
Lampard said he was delighted with the appointment.
“Shammi’s appointment will enhance our research team’s capacity to offer our clients, and the property market in general, with up-to-date and timely research on the Victorian property market.
“It’s always an advantage when you are able to recruit staff who can hit the ground running with a good blend of experience and academic achievements,” Lampard concluded.
