BROOKFIELD Multiplex has reached a significant construction milestone on Schiavello and PDG’s Prima Tower at Southbank in Melbourne.
Brookfield Multiplex has topped out the 72 level tower at 31-49 Queensbridge St, making it the second tallest tower in Melbourne.
The finished apartments in stage one was handed over ahead of programme. When complete there will be 661 apartments in total.
“Our team has worked very well on a busy city site and has constructed an innovative building successfully and ahead of schedule. The outstanding performance achieved onsite to date is testament to our ability to collaborate as a team with our client, consultants and subcontractors alike,” Brookfield Multiplex regional managing director of Victoria Graham Cottam said.
Construction is expected to complete in early 2015.
