COLLIERS International has appointed Kyle Mingins to the role of project manager in Victoria.
Colliers project services director Robert Sloan said Mingins has extensive experience in the New Zealand and United Kingdom, having worked across a range of different sectors including commercial, residential, industrial and retail.
“Mingins’ appointment takes Colliers International’s project services team in Melbourne to five after strong growth over the past three years.
“Our team has delivered over 70 projects ranging from 50,000 sqm campus accommodation master planning and commercial office fitouts ranging from 750 sqm up to 15,000 sqm, to critical operational control centres and national portfolio asset conditions audits for key national and global corporate clients,” Sloan said.
