WESTFIELD spin-off Scentre Group has priced $3.045 billion in medium term notes in Europe.
Scentre Group priced a GBP 400 million 12 year fixed rate senior guaranteed notes with a coupon of 3.875%; EURO 600 million 10 year fixed rate senior guaranteed notes with a coupon of 2.25%; EURO 600 million 6 year fixed rate senior guaranteed notes with a coupon of 1.50%; and EURO 400 million 4 year floating rate senior guaranteed notes at a spread of 0.65% over 3 month EURIBOR.
Scentre Group said the proceeds will be used to partially refinance its $A5.0 billion bridge facility.
