DTZ has appointed David Jones as the new head of global occupier services in Asia Pacific.
Jones was previously DTZ’s international director, global corporate services across Europe, Middle East and Africa and he recently relocated to Singapore.
He is replacing Adam Catchpole who will be moving to a new role with DTZ in London.
As head of GOS in Asia Pacific, Jones will work to grow DTZ’s strong occupier business in the region, encompassing a range of services including portfolio advisory, transaction management, information management, project management, facilities management and workplace strategy.
He brings almost 30 years’ experience in the industry and prior to joining DTZ he spent nine years in corporate services at CBRE.
