APN Property Group has appointed Michael Groth to the role of chief financial officer.
Groth spent seven years with KPMG Melbourne before moving to the United Kingdom.
He joined APN in 2006 and was recently director of corporate finance.
APN executive chairman Chris Aylward said his appointment continues the process of bolstering APN’s leadership team that will secure APN’s long term future and its growth trajectory.
“We acknowledge the significant contribution John Freemantle has made to APN as the prior CFO and are pleased that he is taking full time responsibility for the expanded and growing company secretarial role that now includes three listed entities following the establishment of Industria REIT,” Aylward said.
