CBRE has appointed Ben Younger to head the firm's metropolitan investment sales team in Perth.
Younger has over 13 years of experience and will relocated from Adelaide, where he has been with CBRE for nearly 10 years and was previously a director of the firm’s Adelaide metropolitan investments team.
CBRE’s Western Australia managing director Peter Agostino said the appointment would help drive the continued growth and success of the firm’s Perth sales divisions following the departure of Peter Arnautovic after 27 years with the company.
“In his previous role, Ben was integral in building and running CBRE’s four-member Adelaide metro division, which was a market leader in South Australia.
“We are delighted that Ben has chosen to relocate to Perth as we restructure, revitalise and expand our Perth team to ensure we’re providing the best possible service offering to our clients,” Agostino said.
