AUSTRALAND announced that Lui Chong Chee has resigned as a director.
Lui has served on the board since December 2001 and was chairman from June 2007 until August 2011.
“The board would like to thank Mr. Lui for his invaluable contribution, guidance and support during his service on the board and, in particular, the leadership provided during his term as chairman,” Australand’s chairman Paul Isherwood said.
