NOMINATIONS for the Australian Property Institute Excellence in Property Awards (Victoria and Tasmania) 2014, to be held on 12th September, are now open.
Recipients of the awards will be announced at a Gala dinner on 12th September at Peninsula C – Shed 14, Central Pier, 161 Harbour Esplanade, Docklands.
Since the inception of the API EIPA in 2001, the Awards continue to recognise innovation and outstanding achievement across the entire property industry, with individuals, groups and sector projects being eligible to enter in one or more categories and winners benefiting from exposure to a broad range of operatives in the property industry.
Previous winners have included Brookfield Multiplex for the RMIT Swanston St Academic Building, Charter Hall and Cbus Property for 171 Collins St, the City of Yarra for the Victoria Park Redevelopment and Circa Morris-Nunn Architects for the Princes Wharf No. 1 Shed – Tasmania.
