MANTRA Group has completed the rebranding of two hotels in Melbourne and Brisbane.
Mantra St Kilda Rd Melbourne and Mantra on the Quay Brisbane were both formerly managed by Mint Hotels & Apartments.
The acquisitions take Mantra’s Melbourne hotel network to seven and the Brisbane network to three.
“In Melbourne it is great to have a hotel in this part of town complementing the strong network we have in Melbourne CBD and at Tullamarine,” Mantra Group CEO Bob East said.
“Brisbane continues to be a buoyant market – albeit not at the same heights of two or three years ago – but we predict a period of moderate but sustained growth post G20 Summit,” he continued.
Mantra St Kilda Rd comprises 159 apartments, restaurant and conference facilities for 120 people.
The Mantra on the Quay Brisbane offers 185 apartments, outdoor heated pool, steam room, gym, a tennis court and barbeque area.
