FOLKESTONE has had a branding makeover to reflect the group's transformation into a pure real estate funds manager and developer.
According to managing director Greg Paramor, the rebranding creates a fresh and dynamic corporate identity for the next phase of Folkestone’s growth and development.
He added that it also aligns the funds as part of the Folkestone group.
As part of the changes, the fund will adopt the Folkestone brand, including the ASX-listed Australian Education Trust, which will change its name to the Folkestone Education Trust and as a result, the ASX code will change from AEU to FET.
The ASX-listed Australian Social Infrastructure Fund will change its name to the Folkestone Social Infrastructure Trust, and its ASX code will change from AZF to FST.
The CIB Fund will change its name to the Folkestone CIB Fund and finally, Maxim Asset Management will change its name to Folkestone Maxim Asset Management and the two funds it manages – the Maxim Property Securities Fund and Maxim Income Fund will change their names to the Folkestone Maxim A-REIT Securities Fund and the Folkestone Maxim Income Fund respectively.
