JEFF Moxham has joined forces with the White family to start Ray White Commercial New South Wales.
Moxham, who started his real estate career with Moxham’s Real Estate – a Parramatta business established by his grandfather in 1960, will head a full service commercial property enterprise covering metropolitan Sydney.
Ray White Group director Dan White said the partnership with Moxham in addition to the appointments of Brad Lord as director of asset services and Vanessa Rader as head of research were major developments for the Ray White Commercial Group.
Like Moxham, Lord moves to Ray White Commercial from JLL, where he was senior property manager.
“Ray White’s commercial division has been significantly strengthened by these appointments.
“Jeff Moxham brings with him a wealth of experience in the marketing and selling of residential development sites and commercial assets, completing sales of more than $300 million over the last few years,” White said.
Moxham said the family aspect of the Ray White Group was particularly appealing to him.
“I found it very attractive partnering with the White Family who have developed the largest real estate property group in Australasia over four generations with the commercial business now transacting $2.3 billion in sales and leasing deals each year,” he said.
“It’s a formula I am keen to drive with Ray White Commercial NSW as we focus on expanding the business into a full service commercial business. I am also pleased to report sales totalling more than $50 million our first three months with an additional $36 million in due diligence,” Moxham said.
