COLLIERS International has opened a new Melbourne north west office, led by Nathan Bingham, in order to capitalise on the growth in these markets.
Colliers national director of industrial Tony Iuliano said both the western and northern industrial markets were on the rise.
“As our Melbourne industrial business continues its strong growth, we are rebranding and expanding our Melbourne west office in Ravenhall to accommodate increased activity in this market and growth within our own team.
“This office will now be known as the Melbourne North West office,” he said.
Colliers’ northern industrial specialists Marco Sandrin and Brent Glassford will join the western team of Nathan Bingham, Stephen Newsham, Cameron Hunter, Nick Saunders and Stephen Ryan.
Bingham will be director in charge of the Melbourne north west office. The new office is located at Pellicano and MAB Corporations’ Orbis Business Park at 271-279 Robinsons Rd in Ravenhall.
“This is an exciting period for us at Colliers International, and this move will further support the significant expansion of our operations in the precinct,” Bingham said.
