CBRE has recruited Mike Walsh to join its Brisbane metropolitan investments team.
Walsh joins CBRE after seven years at JLL, during which time he was involved in over $300 million in completed transactions.
CBRE Queensland senior managing director Bruce Baker said the appointment would further strengthen the agency’s position in the market.
“In his new associate director role, Mike will work alongside Peter Court and Darren Collins to drive our market share and capitalise on the strong buyer demand for metropolitan investment and development opportunities.
“Mike is highly regarded by both private and institutional clients and his depth of experience and market knowledge will further strengthen our service offering and capabilities.” Baker said.
