KNIGHT Frank has strengthens its industrial business with four new appointments in Melbourne.
Dane Nichols is moving from the investment division to focus on the western precinct and he will be joined by James McConville, both will be based in the Melbourne office.
Also joining the industrial team is George Linn and Luke Crozier, based at Knight Frank’s Glen Waverley office and focussing on the south eastern market.
Knight Frank state director Gab Pascuzzi said the latest appointments follow a successful year for the company’s industrial department, which brokered some of the most significant sales and leases over 2013.
