SAVILLS has appointed Steven Lerche as the new national director of retail investments.
Lerche will be based in Sydney and has over 14 years of experience. He joins Savills from CBRE where he worked for eight years, specializing in the sale of both shopping centres and bulky goods.
His notable deals included the sale of a portfolio of Woolworths anchored shopping centres ($266m), the sale of Style Homemaker at Alexandria in Sydney ($48m) and more recently the sale of Seven Hills Shopping Centre ($82.5m).
“Steven is well respected and highly regarded within the industry, his knowledge and experience will complement and boost our existing retail offering. We are delighted to have him on board,” Savills NSW managing director Simon Fenn said.
