BROOKFIELD Multiplex has completed construction of the $180 million The Quays residential development on the corner of Docklands Drive and Harbour Esplanade, in Melbourne.
The Quays is owned by MAB Corporation and comprises 600 apartments over two residential towers. The south tower is 32 levels and features 115 one bedroom apartments, 142 two bedroom apartments and 18 three bedroom apartments. The north tower spans 27 levels with 125 one bedroom, 75 two bedroom and 42 three bedroom apartments.
“Our ongoing relationship with MAB Corporation has allowed us to assist them in delivering iconic developments like The Quays and Harbour One we look forward to continuing to work with them in the future,” BM Victorian regional managing director Graham Cottam said.
Construction commenced in February 2012.
