METRO Property Development has appointed former Grocon Investment Management senior executive Caroline Lamshed as its financial controller.
Lamshed has a wide range of experience in property development, accounting and finance and prior to Grocon, she was CFO for listed property developer CP1. Other roles include being CFO and COO at both Mandala Developments and SawasdeeVIP.com. She was also the associate director at Equity & Advisory Limited.
Metro Property Development managing director Luke Hartman said Lamshed would be based in Melbourne.
“Lamshed’s breadth of experience and knowledge will definitely be an asset to the team at Metro Property Development and its continuing growth and development,” he said.
