KNIGHT Frank has strengthened its Industrial team in western Sydney with two appointments, Arland Domingo as a director and Ryan Carey as a manager.
Domingo has over 22 years’ experience across the commercial, industrial and residential markets in Sydney. Prior to Knight Frank, he was with Jones Lang LaSalle for 10 years and worked across several roles such as the head of the metro office leasing team and as a director on the industrial and business park teams.
Carey was also from JLL and has over seven years of experience.
“We are excited to have both Arland and Ryan join our team at a time when the Western Sydney industrial market is continuing to undergo significant growth,” Knight Frank’s managing director – western Sydney Derek Erwin said.
“Discussions regarding the second Sydney airport at Badgerys Creek are currently hot on the agenda. If approved, this will have a substantial impact on the industrial market in Western Sydney, especially if the new airport is approved to operate as a freight hub,” Erwin said.
