JONES Lang LaSalle has appointed Scott Butler as associate director, leasing in the Parramatta office.
Butler rejoins JLL after he left the agency in 2009, he was previously part of the leasing team during 2005-2009.
JLL director in charge of Parramatta John Macree said the appointment will cater for an anticipated increase in leasing activity in Parramatta and greater Western Sydney.
“We anticipate the increase in activity in Parramatta will continue due to the strength of Parramatta’s infrastructure and current low levels of vacancy. New office projects such as Dexus’ 105 Phillip St, Webb Investments’ 89 George St and Parramatta Square are set to make the area increasingly connected and appealing for office use, and to further establish Parramatta’s CBD.
“Scott has a great depth of experience in office leasing in the Parramatta area, and I know he will be a valuable asset to our team,” Macree said.
