THE Singapore Stock Exchange-listed AIMS AMP Capital Industrial REIT has entered into a $A110.65 million syndicated facility agreement with ANZ Bank and Commonwealth Bank.
AACI is backed by AIMS Financial Group and AMP Capital. The trust currently has a portfolio of 25 industrial properties located throughout Singapore valued at $S1.09 billion.
