SAVILLS has bolstered its Victorian city sales and investments team with the appointment of Tim McIntosh as analyst.
Prior to joining Savills, he was with Oliver Hume, where he was a research analyst specialising in the suburban land and apartment markets. He holds a Bachelor of Applied Science majoring in Property and Valuation.
Savills’ Victorian head of city sales & investments Clinton Baxter said McIntosh’s knowledge of the suburban land and apartment sectors would prove invaluable in assisting sale processes for major suburban infill and inner city residential development sites.
“Tim will be responsible for assisting all aspects of our team’s function in endeavouring to expand our reach and capacity throughout the Melbourne commercial sales market.
“He is a most welcome addition to our team,” Baxter said.
