LJ Hooker has completed the rebranding of its commercial offices in Australia and New Zealand.
Twenty-four offices previously referred to as LJH Commercial have been renamed LJ Hooker Commercial, as part of a total brand refresh which started with the agency’s 700 residential offices.
“In the past six months we’ve grown our geographic reach for clients with the opening of new offices in key locations,” LJ Hooker Commercial head Patrick Brush said.
“LJ Hooker Commercial Perth opened its doors in July and most recently high profile Sydney industrial and LJ Hooker Commercial Hobart acquired its major competitor, Raine & Horne Hobart.
“In Sydney, director of LJ Hooker Inner City and managing director of City Commercial, Warren Duncan and managing director of Billicorp, Kristen Marsh, have joined forces to open LJ Hooker Commercial South Sydney which Billicorp will now trade under. Alexandria Commercial was also recently acquired by Duncan to form part of the new business.
“We are now focusing our expansion into metropolitan Melbourne and its surrounding south east and western regions,” Brush said.
