DTZ has appointed Nicholas Bourke as director of capital markets Victoria, as part of the landlord and institutional investor team.
DTZ head of agency Victoria and senior director Richard O’Callaghan said Bourke has over 20 years of experience.
Prior to joining DTZ, he was managing director of Bourke Property and before that he was Lend Lease’s Victorian group executive.
Bourke is also a member of the Australia Real Estate Institute, was the former president Victorian and Australian Amateur Football Association (VAFA & AAFC), and a former board member of AFL Victoria.
“Nick has an impressive hands-on approach to team building and customer services, gained from his extensive industry experience and his involvement with AFL in Victoria, which will be of great benefit to DTZ. I am certain he will add value to our business, and we’re pleased to have him as part of the team,” O’Callaghan said.
Bourke’s appointment follows on from the recruitment of Grant Tinker as DTZ’s head of office leasing, Adam Jones as director CBD office leasing and Rob Mirabello as associate director, industrial agency last year.
