CENTURIA Property Funds has appointed Grant McFarlane to the role of senior facilities manager.
McFarlane will report to national facilities manager, Jacques Duvenage, and will be responsible for overseeing all facilities and operational matters at 8 Central Avenue, Australian Technology Park.
McFarlane was most recently a facility manager for Knight Frank, where he was responsible for managing 8 Central Avenue. He was recognised with the Top Brass Award for the delivery of facilities management services.
Centuria Property Funds CEO Jason Huljich said the appointment was a natural choice.
“Given Grant’s breadth of expertise in facilities management and his prior experience on 8 Central Avenue.
“The appointment of a dedicated facilities manager to manage 8 Central Avenue is aligned with Centuria’s commitment to ensuring the maintenance and improvements of assets within our portfolio. It also represents our continued strategic focus on acquiring and managing quality properties in proximity to and within CBD areas.” Huljich said.
