KNIGHT Frank has bolstered its residential business with the appointment of project marketing advisor Wilson King, to assist local and Asian developers in Sydney.
King has over 30 years’ experience in the residential property industry in Australia and Hong Kong.
He is the founder and former president of the Australian Chinese Real Estate Agents Society (NSW), and has represented a wide range of clients including Winten Property Group, Leda Holdings, Lippo Group, Legal & General, Kyko Group, Walker, Mirvac and various High Net Worth Individuals from Asia.
King will advise clients in the acquisition and sales and marketing of residential development sites in Sydney.
“We are excited to have someone of Wilson’s calibre join us at Knight Frank. Wilson’s extensive residential property experience coupled with his vast network of developer and Asian contacts, both locally and in Hong Kong and China, will no doubt strengthen Knight Frank’s residential business in Australia,” Knight Frank’s joint managing director Andrew Drury said.
“This move aims to capitalise on the recent changes on the SIV (Significant Investment Visa) and the influx of Asian capital into the Sydney marketplace,” Drury said.
