THE National Storage REIT (NSR) has made its debut on the Australian Securities Exchange yesterday, opening at $1.00 before closing 97.5 cents.
The trust issued 126.3 million stapled securities from its initial public offering last month at 98 cents apiece, to raise $123.7 million.
The trust listed with a market capitalisation of $239.26 million.
