REA Group is searching for a new CEO following the resignation of Greg Ellis.
Ellis said he is resigning in order to pursue an opportunities after he took the job in 2008.
REA Group chairman Hamish McLennan said that Ellis had led the development of a clear purpose and strategic vision for the group and the business was on track to deliver against this strategy in FY14.
