LAST week Property Review reported that Singapore's ARA Asset Management sold its interest in APN Property Group.
In the article, Property Review also reported that APN was involved in the listing of the $550 million Pacific Retail REIT.
However Property Review wishes to advise that APN was not involved with ARA over the list of Pacifc Retail REIT.
APN has just listed Industria REIT (ASX: IDR), which owns interests in 18 industrial, technology park and business park assets located across Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Adelaide worth $378 million.
