CBRE has appointed leasing property professional Terry Dohnt as a director of transaction management in its Melbourne global corporate services.
Dohnt was previously a director of Knight Frank’s Melbourne Office Services division. He was one of Melbourne’s first tenant representatives, initially in his own business, KB&D Independent Property Advisors and then for 12 years as the founder of the Grant Samuel transaction management business.
He has worked on some of Melbourne’s largest transactions representing some of Australia’s biggest corporate and professional services firms.
“Terry has 25 years of combined landlord and tenant representation and will add an incredible depth of experience to our already strong team,” CBRE GCS regional director Chris Hynes said.
