ISPT and Cbus Property have entered into an arrangement to develop a $1 billion project at 447 Collins St.
ISPT has sold the Suncorp building for $91 million and will have the first right of refusal over the new project.
The mixed use project could be worth up to $1 billion and offer 60,000 to 80,000 sqm of office and retail space with the potential for a hotel or residential apartment.
