COLLIERS International has appointed James Bellew to the role of national director of consultancy, and will lead the business from 1 January 2014.
In his new role, Bellew will provide advice to existing and new clients to enhance and add value to their property assets, and then to assist them in executing the strategy.
“We’re delighted to have James leading this important segment of our business. Consultancy services are extremely important in this ever-evolving marketplace, as our clients consider the most effective use of the assets they have,” Colliers national executive director Will Doherty said.
The specialist consultancy team will be bolstered by the appointment of Andrew Graham, national director in North Sydney, and Ariel Pollard, director in South Sydney. They will join the existing team of Jeremy McKinnon, national director and Nic Gilbert, senior analyst who are both based in Brisbane.
Bellew joined Colliers in 2001 on the graduate program and has worked in valuation & advisory services across North Sydney, Parramatta, Gold Coast and in his current location of South Sydney.
