MIRVAC Funds Management has appointed the former chair of AustralianSuper, Elana Rubin, as a non-executive director.
Rubin was appointed to the board following the resignation of John Mulcahy, who has been appointed the new chairman of Mirvac Group.
“John has decided to step down from the MFML board following his recent appointment as chairman of the Mirvac Group. We would like to thank John for his contribution to the board during his short tenure,” MFML chairman Paul Barker.
Barker said Rubin brings extensive experience in property and financial services.
