DEVINE's in-house construction business has won a contract for Pointcorp Development’s new apartment project, Vida, in Brisbane.
Devine Constructions will deliver the $105 million “Vida” development.
Designed by architects Cottee Parker, Vida will comprise two 12-level buildings at Buchanan St West End, just 3 kms from the Brisbane CBD. It will deliver 144 one, two, three and four-bedroom apartments and premium five bedrooms plus study penthouses.
Devine Constructions general manager Michael Tucker said the appointment caps off a successful year for Devine Constructions which won the contract for Chrome Properties’ Alex Perry-branded apartment development in Fortitude Valley earlier this year.
