HARDWARE business Dahlsens is moving its headquarters from Malvern to Mt Waverley after signing a five-year lease at Goodman Group’s Ferntree Business Park.
Colliers International’s Travis Myerscough negotiated lease for Dahlsens to occupy 617 sqm at 310 Ferntree Gully Rd.
“Ferntree Business Park is seen as one of the premier suburban Outer East business parks.
“With two major pre-leases providing circa 10,000 sqm of new space, including an award-winning café by Tommy Collins Group, interest in Ferntree Business Park is high,” Myerscough said.
