DESANE Properties has received a deferred commencement approval from Leichhardt Council for the proposed five storeys mixed residential development at Rozelle, in Sydney's innerâ€west.
The project comprises 29 residential apartments, three commercial/retail units and 45 car parking spaces.
Desane said in a statement that a builder will be appointed shortly.
