KNIGHT Frank has appointed Michael Wydeman and Michael Boom to the North Shore office.
Wydeman has been appointed head of business space and Boom as business space manager.
Previously at Colliers International for seven years, Wydeman has a sound understanding of Sydney’s North Shore market and across multiple asset classes, in particular industrial and office parks. Several key transactions including the sale of 74-76 Belmore St Ryde for $35 million; the sale and subsequent leasing of 2-4 Giffnock Avenue Macquarie Park; and the sale of Bunnings in Balgowlah for $11.5 million.
Boom, was also previously at Colliers, and recently negotiated a number of significant industrial leasing transactions including a 3,790 sqm industrial facility in Ryde and a 2,530 sqm warehouse lease in Brookvale.
