FINBAR Group has received approval for the development of 154 apartments at Springs.
Located Lot 1001, Rowe Avenue at the Springs in Rivervale, the $70 million development known as Arbor North, is the first stage of the project, which will ultimately comprise 270 apartments.
Finbar will share in half of the project’s profit as well as earning a management fee. An application for the development of the second stage, Arbor South, will also commence shortly.
