LUXURY and prestige residential real estate agents Sotheby's has opened an agency on the Gold Coast after signing an exclusive 25-year master franchise agreement.
Gold Coast Sotheby’s International Realty owner Michael Pallier also owns and operates two Sydney Sotheby’s International Realty offices.
Marius Von Zeppelin will serve as the Gold Coast agency general manager, and the firm is located at Level 7, Corporate Centre One, Bundall, Gold Coast.
“We are proud to expand into the Gold Coast area encompassing South East Queensland and Northern NSW, under Michael Pallier’s leadership and with his experience as part of our Sotheby’s International Realty network,” Sotheby’s International Realty president and CEO Philip White said.
“The Gold Coast is the sixth largest city in Australia and one of the fastest-growing regions, making real estate in this location highly coveted,” he added.
