FINBAR Group has received approval for the development of Subi Grand, in Subiaco just 4 kms west from Perth.
The 7,882 sqm development site is currently vacant land and the new development will comprise 245 residential apartments and 19 strata titled shops.
Managing director Darren Pateman said the development is the single largest individual project in terms of units and end value for the company to date.
