INDEPENDENT advisory firm m3property has appointed Trent Preece as a new associate director to the commercial valuations practice in Melbourne.
Preece joins m3property from Urbis, where he gained extensive experience in valuations providing property investment and strategic property advice to a range of clients including the major banks and property funds.
In recent years, he has focused on providing property valuations on major office buildings in Melbourne CBD, Docklands, Southbank and Melbourne suburban markets, whilst also developing a specialist knowledge of commercial car parks nationally.
“In the seven years since Trent began working in the industry, he has amassed an impressive and diverse range of expertise well beyond many of his peers. He is a vibrant, dynamic individual who has progressed rapidly in his career, and shows great hunger to work on large projects and further develop his experience,” CEO Grant Jackson said.
Preece will primarily be responsible for the provision of valuation advice for Melbourne CBD office buildings and commercial car parks.
