MMJ Sydney has beefed up its commercial property management business with the appointment of Ursula-Jane Blower.
Joint managing directors Chris Johnson and Cameron Algie said she brings extensive experience in managing, in particular, Sydney CBD commercial and metropolitan industrial assets while in her previous roles with Jones Lang LaSalle, Colliers, Mirvac and most recently AMP.
Algie added that the recruitment is in line with MMJ’s stated objective to continue to expand the services.
Johnson said this latest initiative was in keeping with the group strategy to create a national commercial and residential real estate network that will be locally focused and as importantly, locally owned/managed.
“Some clients continue to be frustrated by the lack of choice they have when considering the appointment of a real estate service provider.
“We will not get caught in the trap of trying to be all things to all people. We will play to our strengths and we will focus on key clients who want deep and trusting relationships. We will be a locally focused viable alternative to the existing real estate service providers,” he added.
Blower said she is delighted to be joining such a progressive organisation.
