KNIGHT Frank’s national director for industrial, Eugene Evgenikos, has been awarded Lend Lease NSW Industrial Agent of the Year 2013.
Evgenikos has over 13 years of industrial commercial property experience across investment sales, development sites, leasing and consultancy.
Recently, he was involved in marketing and settling major industrial developments, industrial land sales and major tenant leasing. Notable leasing transactions include the lease of 16,000 sqm to Suncorp for the Lend Lease managed APPF Industrial Fund and 19,000 sqm to DHL.
