LEND Lease has reached a financial close with the Victorian government for the $630 million Bendigo Hospital.
Lend Lease is part of the Exemplar Health consortium which also includes Capella Capital, Siemens and Spotless.
The new Bendigo Hospital will feature 372 in-patient beds, 10 operating theatres, an integrated cancer centre, a mental health unit and a helipad in addition to a mix of small commercial developments.
