JONES Lang LaSalle has appointed Mike Walsh to the position of managing director, hospitality, education and healthcare services in Asia Pacific.
He will be based in Singapore and will be responsible for extending Jones Lang LaSalle’s integrated business across the region.
JLL Asia Pacific corporate solutions global director John Forrest said with 22 years professional experience, 17 of which have been in Asia, Walsh brings a strong track record in development management and project delivery to this new role.
“With his extensive experience and market knowledge, Mike’s return to the firm is a significant step forward in opening up new areas of opportunity for our business and continuing to offer highly innovative solutions to our clients across the region,” he added.
Walsh said with Asia Pacific being one of the world’s hotspots for tourism growth, coupled with rapidly increasing demand for international education and healthcare facilities, this region presents unique opportunities for investors and operators in each sector to establish scale and long term growth strategies.
